About DustyBooks
So, who is this DustyBooks guy anyway?
I am a husband of one, father of three, step-father of two, grandfather of 9-1/2, step-grandfather of one, graphic designer, webmaster, golfer, and novelist. At least some if not all of these I’m sure will be touched upon at one time or another in my future of blogging.
Why the name, DustyBooks? I have some theories on that, the subject of another blog no doubt. For right now, DustyBooks is not about dusty books . . . or at times it can be if we are talking about a book that has been on the shelf gathering dust for some time. You could say it is about books we have read which now gather dust, or it is about some of us with more years behind us than ahead, who may be sitting around with a lifetime of stories gathering their own dust. We need to get them out before they (or we) turn to dust.
DustyBooks is about books . . . the ones we read, the ones we write, our relationships with them, and how those relationships affect and are affected by everything else in our lives, which means DustyBooks is about everything.
Everything?
Yes, I know. That’s a tad broad. We’ll try to keep it within reach of books.
